These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Prooof (the "Service"), including our website, creator profile pages, search, dashboards, and any related features.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must only use the Service if you can legally form a binding agreement where you live.
2) Creator profiles, listings, and public pages
- Creator pages may be public. Any information you publish on your public page can be viewed by others.
- You represent that you have the rights to post the content you submit (including images, links, and brand names).

3) Verification, disclosures, and “Prooof” signals
The Service may display signals such as verification status, disclosure completion, review dates, or related indicators.
- Prooof verification is informational. It is not a guarantee of results, income, performance, or business outcomes.

- Creators are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, and for complying with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.
4) Payments, subscriptions, and ads
- Some features may require payment (for example, subscriptions or ads). Payments may be processed by third-party providers (for example, Stripe).
- If you start a subscription, it may renew automatically unless you cancel.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
- You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchases.
5) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, misleading, or deceptive purposes.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass security measures.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including abuse, scraping that harms performance, or automated access beyond reasonable use.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
6) Intellectual property
The Service, including its design and code, is owned by Prooof or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
7) Third-party links and services
The Service may include links to third-party sites (for example, creator websites and social profiles). We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
8) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prooof will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or users.
11) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
